Temporary Closure of the REG Office – 19 to 30 May 2025
Please be advised that the Research Ethics & Governance (REG) Office will be temporarily closed from Monday, 19 May 2025 to Friday, 30 May 2025.
This closure is necessary to allow the team to address the significant backlog of work that has accumulated after being short 2 out of 6 FTE for the last 6-months. We will be focusing on processing both amendments and new submissions.
While the office is closed for 2-weeks:
- The REG Drop-In sessions will be suspended.
- Emails will not be responded to. However, we will continue to monitor the rch.ethics@rch.org.au inbox for urgent matters that directly impact patient care. All other inquiries will be responded to from Monday, 2 June 2025.
- The REG office (4th floor south building) and phone will be unmanned.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve our response times and overall service delivery.

When: every Tuesday & Wednesday from 10:00am - 11:00am.
PLEASE NOTE: Drop-in sessions have been cancelled on Tuesday 20th May, Wednesday 21st May, Tuesday 27th May and Wednesday 28th May 2025
